Amy Justice is a native South Carolinian who has called Mount Pleasant home for the last 11 years. After attaining her bachelors in science from Duke University, she went on to earn her doctorate in physical therapy from Emory University.

Amy’s career began in the hospital system, specializing in neurologic physical therapy. After transitioning to subacute rehab and outpatient services within assisted living and memory care, Amy realized her passion for the senior population. After serving as the director of rehabilitation services for the last seven years, Amy is excited and honored to transition to the role of Executive Director at The Marsh at Carolina Park.

Amy is dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized care to all residents in order to attain the highest quality of life. She is focused on open communication, teamwork, positivity and building a community that is nurturing and enjoyable for residents as well as staff. Amy considers providing care to this generation to be a privilege.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
